Please be advised that to participate in the competitions during Martial Arts Olympics the sportsnen need to have the proof of their level (budo-passports are welcome), the medical admission and paid entry fees. For foreign delegations who will go through “IMAC of USA” (www.imacusa.net) (for North & South America) or through travel company “Intourion” ( for Asia, Europe & Africa) entry fees are included in the package price.

Applications for the visa invitation are accepted until the 17th of March 2009.

Citizens of the following countries: Afganistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Chad, Ethiopia, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri-Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam are greatly recommended to apply until the 1st of March 2009 due to the local consulate procedures.

Georgian citizens temporally are not provided with visa support.
