Martial Arts Olympics -- "East-West Open"

1. PARTICIPANTS OF OLYMPICS

1.1

For participation in the Olympics national and regional federations (association) of different kinds of Martial Arts of the Russian Federation, the countries CIS & other foreign states are invited.

1.2.

Each delegation may include: the head of delegation, other officials (team representatives), coaches & sportsmen. The management of the Olympics has the right to limit amount of sportsmen in particular kinds of the program. The announce of limitation, if happen, will be made on pre-application stage.

1.3.

To participate in the competitions during Olympics the sportsmen need to have the proof of their level (budo-passports are welcome), the medical admission and paid entry fees. For foreign delegations who will go through "IMAC of USA" (for North & South America) or through travel company "Intourion" (for Asia, Europe & Africa) entry fees are included in the package price.

1.4

Age, qualifying and other requirements to participants are established on each of kinds of the program of the Olympics.

1.5

Each participant ought to sign the personal obligation (release) about refusal of claims to organizers in case of injury.

2. THE ORDER AND TERMS OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

2.1.

Forward applications on participation in the Olympics (with the indication of quantitative structure of delegations, structure of participants by kinds of the program and weight categories) should be directed to management of the Olympics:

- Foreign participants - till March 25, 2008.

- The Russia's participants - till April 5, 2008.

2.2.

The nominal applications signed by the head of the sports organization, the representative of a team and the doctor, move in credentials committee in day of arrival.

2.3.

Nonresident delegations arrive on the Olympics not later than on April 17, 2008.

3. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS.

3.1.

All charges on participation (travel, the daily allowance to ways, meals and accommodation, application payments) provide the participating organizations.

3.2.

The entry fees are carried out during representation of the application in credentials committee of the Olympics.
